Laura Thomason and I have been married for 34 years. Along the way, we’ve brought a lot of wonderful things to life and this was the first big venture she fully led. We’re still going strong 13 years later on the main street of Manitou Springs, Colorado.
In 2014 we opened this cafe. During construction Laura woke early one morning saying, “Let’s call it RedDog and put a blue cat in the logo!”
